Code Monkeys On G4TV

If you haven’t already, check out the new show Code Monkeys on G4 TV. It’s hillarious, taking a bit of computer humor and mixing it with South Park-isms. Try out their games on their site, 2-Card Monte and 10 word Hangman.

Anybody wanna go fishing?

Here’s a WordPress self-hosted site that looks nice, Frank’s Bait Shop. They’ve got a nice woodsy theme. Pretty nice looking although a little hard to read in spots along the edges. Style vs. Substance? Who knows how well it will work for them.

Gates on “Stuff”

Here’s an interesting little blog over at Blogger: Gates on “Stuff”. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking but it’s not that Gates. He’s got some interesting opinions on things so give his blog a good reading. He covers a lot of territory as it is a personal blog. Check it out.

Simpsons Movie Website

This is a fun site promoting the new Simpsons Movie. You can play games and create Simpson’s avatars of yourself (if you’re human that is) or of friends and family. He’s one I did of the guy who puts pellets in my food bowl. HaHa!

Stereo Nurse – Indie/Alternative Band

Stereo Nurse is an Indie/Alternative Band from Maryland and here’s their MySpace Page, done up with a eye burning cadmium yellow background, and they have a standard cookie-cutter page at PureVolume as well. But give these guys a listen. They sound like a cross between Smashing Pumpkins and The Cure with maybe a dash of ColdPlay. Not bad at all.

The Hodaddys on MySpace

Here’s a MySpace band site you should check out, The Hodaddys. They’re a pretty decent Florida based surf rock band. Check ‘em out live if you’re in the Tampa/St. Pete area (I think that’s where they’re from) or give a listen to them on their web page.

I can’t give them really bad marks on their web page since, well, if it wasn’t ugly it wouldn’t be MySpace.
